National Register of Historic Places

 Avon, NY

The National Register of Historic Places, administered by the National Park Service, identifies significant cultural and architectural sites and buildings throughout the country as playing a part in American history at a local or national level. Being listed does not restrict the owner regarding changes to the property, however it increases the eligibility for grant funding.  Nominated by Avon residents and granted acceptance by the National Park Service, the eight Avon properties listed on the Register are seen below, including links for more information.
